Subject: Discussion about ‘Copy-right Jam Session’.

Dear All,

We are pleased to inform you that Rupert Grey, a consultant in the Litigation Group, will be coming again to Bangladesh on the 16th of February. He advises photographers and syndication agencies on all aspects of copyright law, and regularly lectures and gives seminars in the UK and overseas on aspect of media law.

We have arranged a discussion about ‘Copy-right Jam Session (question and answer)’ for you on Thursday, the 18th of February 2010 at 5.00pm at Pathshala which will be led by Rupert Grey.

We request you all to do some home about copy-right or related issues: - eg about contracts, what rights you should release, some concrete examples of eg infringements: it would be helpful to have some stories of things that went wrong.

We ask all of you to participate in this session in order to know the developments in the UK and from an international point of view.
